RUN AWAY! This internship could not be farther from the description on the website. While the social circle is amazing because you meet the other 80 interns from around the world, there are 80 interns. And maybe 5 other staff members. This organization uses the interns for free labor, and basically you will do internet research for peoples' names, contact information, etc. and then send spam all day long. If you're lucky, you may follow up with phone calls. There is no management or anyone with managerial experience so great ideas cannot be implemented. The only benefit of the internship besides living in Berlin and meeting a ton of other interns is the possibility to attend the events you work on (if you can afford to fly yourself there and pay for your own expenses if they are outside of Berlin). If you get to attend, you will most likely stand behind a coffee table and cater to those who find themselves special, but you may get a chance to talk to high-profile people who may be in fields you're interested in. Basically, run for the hills!
